About Wayne
Wayne is a California native. He graduated from college with a degree in accounting and after earning his CPA certificate began a career in public accounting. It was here that he developed his skills as a negotiator representing clients before the IRS. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his Real Estate Broker's license to help meet the real estate needs of his investor clients. Those activities set the stage for the transition into residential real estate where he has since helped hundreds of people achieve their real estate goals.Wayne served in the U.S. Marine Corp Reserves and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. He lives in Sacramento with his wife Arlene, also an active Real Estate Broker with her own property management business. Wayne's hobbies include gardening, bridge, golf, and participating in tennis activities with Arlene, also an avid tennis fan.
